Many of our short term missionaries get on a plane for the first time as they engage their mission. Even more of our STM volunteers leave the country for the first time as they engage missions.
As we equip our missionaries we try to focus on principles rather than dictating do's and donts on the mission field. Our hope is to shape leaders who can make wise decisions while on the mission field.
Over the course of the next few posts I will try to explain these principles and their value in a cross cultural context.
